Round inspection wells with slip connection

DWTN offers standard round inspection chambers made of self-compacting concrete. Concrete pipes are connected with a slip joint. Stoneware, plastic, and cast iron pipes can also be connected without any problems. Our chambers have an improved flow profile, which prevents clogging and the accumulation of dirt in wastewater (DWA). Our range includes round chambers (Ø 800 to Ø 2000mm). To raise the inspection chamber to ground level, we offer shaft elements, cover plates, and spacers.

The inspection pits are produced with CEM I 52.5 SR3-LA and are BENOR and NL BSB -approved. This makes them suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets. The inspection chamber is constructed with matching shaft elements and cover plates.

In the DN800 and DN1000 inspection chambers, pipes can be connected with a maximum slope of 15%. The flow profile in this inspection chamber is made of self-compacting concrete and can be designed to a maximum slope of 70cm, guaranteeing perfect flow in DWA chambers. Concrete pipes up to 800mm in diameter can be connected in the inspection chambers up to and including 1000mm.

For connections larger than 800mm in diameter, we switch to larger molds. Our standard molds can perfectly accommodate concrete pipes up to 1600mm in diameter. Our largest standard mold has an internal diameter of 2000mm. We incorporate all other possible dimensions into custom constructions up to 60 tons in a single unit.
