Concrete pipes
DWTN offers a full range of concrete pipes with slip joints. This watertight connection is guaranteed by a rubber ring embedded in the socket. All concrete pipes are Benor approved and have a CE marking. We also supply our full range of pipes under NL BSB , making our pipes suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets. The pipes are produced using CEM I 52.5 SR3-LA.
Our range of unreinforced, reinforced, and steel fiber-reinforced pipes ranges from Ø300 mm to Ø2000 mm. For strength, we adhere to the minimum standard, class R135. Thanks to the integrated seal, incorporated during the concrete pipe's production, the pipes can be quickly and watertightly connected and even accommodate minor angular deflections. To simplify your project, we also offer a variety of fittings and fittings.
Porous pipes
In addition to standard concrete pipes, DWTN also offers a complete range of porous concrete pipes with slip joints. All our porous pipes comply with strength series 135 and are Benor approved and equipped with CE marking. We also supply our full range of pipes under NL BSB , which makes our pipes suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets
This type of pipe is primarily used as an infiltration pipe and has a porous structure across its entire circumference. It naturally complies with the PTV104 standard. It also features a machine-inserted slip seal, which allows for quick and easy installation. Thanks to DWTN porous pipes, water infiltration, storage, and transport remain manageable while respecting the environment.
It's often mistakenly assumed that porous pipes become clogged, preventing infiltration after a few years. However, university research has shown that this isn't the case, and porous pipes therefore have a long lifespan.
Moduloval a special shape with unique properties
Due to its internal shape, the Moduloval has the same hydraulic properties as a round tube. It also offers a hydraulic advantage over a rectangular profile. Moduloval distinguishes itself from egg-shaped tubes by its perfect, watertight connection.
Due to its external shape, the Moduloval takes up less space and space. It can also be installed both horizontally and vertically, saving on excavation work, backfill, and fill material. Its unique properties and joint connection make it more attractive than rectangular profiles and oval tubes. Its original design gives it better performance under the impact of ovalization.
Box elements
Hollow-core elements are the ideal solution for complex projects at shallow depths. Their dimensional stability and complete watertightness make our hollow-core elements extremely reliable. Did you know that DWTN hollow-core elements are versatile? You can use them, for example, to create a current profile, a poured wall, or a passageway. Our hollow-core elements are BENOR and NL BSB -approved. This makes them suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets.
DWTN offers a wide range of hollow section elements. Sealing is achieved by a rubber seal bonded to the wedge. Our hollow section elements are equipped with four ball joint anchors for easy installation on site. The hollow sections are designed for a service load of 100 kN/m². We can also produce fittings, corner pieces, or start/end elements that connect to the straight hollow section. Do you prefer an outflow element or a manhole ladder? We're happy to help.
Round concrete inspection wells with slip connection
DWTN offers standard round inspection chambers made of self-compacting concrete. Concrete pipes are connected with a slip joint. Stoneware, plastic, and cast iron pipes can also be connected without any problems. Our chambers have an improved flow profile, which prevents clogging and the accumulation of dirt in wastewater (DWA). Our range includes round chambers (Ø 800 to Ø 2000mm). To raise the inspection chamber to ground level, we offer shaft elements, cover plates, and spacers.
The inspection pits are produced with CEM I 52.5 SR3-LA and are BENOR and NL BSB -approved. This makes them suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets. The inspection chamber is constructed with matching shaft elements and cover plates.
Square wells/drain wells
DWTN can offer you standard inspection chambers in self-compacting concrete. Concrete pipe connections are made with slip joints. Stoneware, plastic, and cast iron pipes can also be connected without any problems. Our standard range of square wells The inspection pit is available in the following sizes: 80x80cm, 100x100cm, 125x125cm, and 150x150cm. We can always offer custom-made pits for all other sizes (e.g., 175x175cm, 200x200cm, rectangular pits, etc.). To raise the inspection pit to ground level, we offer intermediate pieces, cover plates, and spacers.
The inspection pits are produced with CEM I 52.5 SR3-LA and are BENOR and NL BSB certified. This makes them suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets.
These manholes are perfect for use as pull-out manholes, but also, of course, as sewer manholes when the pipes are connected at right angles. The manholes are cast monolithically, and in sizes 125x125 and 150x150, they can even be built as a single unit up to a height of 3 meters. Ideal for use as a pumping station.
Outflow elements for bank reinforcement
To create an overflow in an open reservoir or retention basin, Tubobel Aqua offers a selection of various outflow structures. These ready-made prefabricated elements ensure durable and elegant bank reinforcement. If desired, they are factory-fitted with a non-return valve and galvanized protective grid.
Depending on the desired pipe connection, we distinguish five types of outlet basins for connecting various diameters of concrete or plastic pipes. Each type can be produced in four different slopes: 1:1, 2:3, 1:2, and 1:3. This allows the sidewall to always follow the slope or embankment.
Depending on the chosen slope, the floor slab will also be adjusted. Connection options include a slip seal for the concrete pipe, a cast-in PVC sleeve, or a generous recess. The latter allows for the desired pipe to be poured on-site. Each type is equipped with traditional reinforcement, four ball-end anchors, and beveled edges on the visible sides. Furthermore, they have a perfectly smooth finish. They are made of self-compacting concrete with HSR cement and are cast monolithically. Our outflow elements are BENOR and NL BSB -approved. This makes them suitable for both the Belgian and Dutch markets.
Of course, it is always possible to produce these products according to the project requirements within our customization department.
