Kessel lifting stations for free installation or floor installation
Kessel lifting stations for free installation or floor installation
Kessel lifting stations are an essential part of modern plumbing systems, especially in buildings where the natural slope of the pipes is not sufficient to drain wastewater. These installations ensure the reliable discharge of waste water, rainwater and other liquids, even when the discharge is below the level of the main sewer or pressure pipe.
They are designed with advanced pumping technologies and smart control systems to ensure efficient operation. By using powerful pumps, they can pump wastewater over large distances and with large height differences. In addition, they are often equipped with sensors and alarms to warn of possible malfunctions or flooding hazards.
Kessel lifting stations are available in different models and capacities, so they can be tailored to the specific needs of each project, whether it is a residential building, commercial property or industrial complex. They are also often equipped with various functions such as automatic level control, emergency power supply and self-cleaning systems, which ensure reliable and maintenance-friendly operation.
With their advanced technologies and robust constructions, Kessel lifting stations provide a reliable and efficient solution for wastewater disposal in situations where traditional gravity drainage systems cannot be applied.
Pump classifications
Kessel pumps are classified as S1 and S3.
An S1 class pump is a continuous pump designed to pump without interruptions, ideal for rainwater applications or a constant flow of industrial wastewater.
S3 class pumps periodically require time to cool down and therefore cannot run continuously. For example, an S3 50% rated pump should not pump more than 50% of the time and are ideal for standard waste water situations of homes, apartments or commercial buildings.
