The drainage channels are of type I (self-supporting drainage channels) according to the EN1433 standard. The prefabricated U-channels are made of vibrated and reinforced concrete (C 55/67). Due to its design, the drains have a built-in resistance of strength class F, 900 kN. The proposed resistance is guaranteed by the whole. The drain channels have a tongue and groove connection and a recess for a safety joint (SF). With a liquid-tight design, this recess must be sealed. The tops of the gutter are equipped with an integrated edge protection in galvanized steel, anchored in the concrete. The drainage channel complies with the European Standard EN1433. Dimensions: length 0.5 m; inner width 100mm, outer width 184/172mm (bottom/top); interior height 126mm, exterior height 166mm. The drainage channel has a hydraulic section of 68 cm2/m. Weight 27kg. ONDINE grate made of nodular cast iron FGS 500-7, length 50cm. Pre-mounted on the gutter using a patented mounting system. Grille consisting of elongated undulating openings of 14 mm specially designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility. Thanks to the exceptional properties of the grille surface (anti-slip, channeling effect), maximum absorption capacity is guaranteed. The grate complies with load class F, 900 kN according to European Standard EN 1433. The self-supporting drain channels allow installation without a lateral concrete jacket (only a foundation is necessary). Installation manual available on request.
