Self-supporting drainage channel Type I in accordance with EN1433. High-quality self-compacting concrete C55/67 with a reinforcement mesh. 100% recyclable cast iron and concrete. Resistant to frost, through, salts, ole and petrol etc. Self-cleaning flow profile (U-shape). Due to its design, the drains have a built-in resistance of strength class D, 400 kN. The proposed resistance is guaranteed by the whole. The drain channels have a tongue and groove connection and a recess for a safety joint (SF). If the design is liquid-tight, this recess must be sealed. The top of the gutter is equipped with an integrated edge protection in galvanized steel (thickness 4 mm), anchored in the concrete (height 3 cm). The drainage channel complies with the European Standard EN1433. Dimensions: length 100 cm; inner width 20 cm; outer width 28.3/26.4 cm (bottom/top); fixed height 37.5 cm. The drainage channel has a hydraulic section of 524 cm2. Weight 141kg. Aesthetic METEORE slot grille. Pre-assembled grate made of nodular cast iron GJS 600-10. This type of cast iron has exceptional fracture resistance (up to 600 Mpa) and high elasticity (up to 470 Mpa). The high cast iron quality allows to obtain an aesthetic grille with a high inflow capacity of 950 cm2/lm. Length 50 cm; 4x bolted with stainless steel bolts (in other words 8x bolted /lm). The grille complies with load class D, 400 kN according to European Standard EN 1433. The slot width of 18 mm is in accordance with the requirements for PPE. This makes it also very suitable for the passage of people with reduced mobility, pedestrians, cyclists and shopping carts. Supplied as standard in black; other RAL colors available on request.
