Self-supporting sand trap Type I in accordance with EN1433. High-quality self-compacting concrete C55/67 with a reinforcement mesh. 100% recyclable cast iron and concrete. Resistant to frost, weather, salts, oil and petrol, etc. Due to its design, the sand traps have a built-in resistance of strength class D, 400 kN. The proposed resistance is guaranteed by the whole. The sand traps have a tongue and groove connection and a recess for a safety joint (SF). If the design is liquid-tight, this recess must be sealed. The top of the sand trap is equipped with an integrated edge protection made of galvanized steel (thickness 4 mm), anchored in the concrete (height 3 cm). The sand trap complies with the European Standard EN1433. Dimensions: length 50 cm; inner width 30 cm; outer width 17.9/16.4 cm (bottom/top); fixed height 86.6 cm. A cast-in sleeve is provided on one side for connection to the sewer with Ø 160 mm. On the other side there is a knockout with a diameter of 160 mm. The grille complies with load class D, 400 kN according to the European Standard EN 1433. The slot width of 18 mm is in accordance with the requirements for PPE.
