Plastic cover plates KKA for concrete cable ducts

CABLE TRAY COVER PLATES

For all common supply channels

With our cable duct cover plate made of recycled plastic, we have designed a product that offers a practical and reliable solution for covering cable ducts, shafts or construction and workshop pits, because it is weatherproof and particularly resistant to all environmental influences. Rotting, a problem with wooden covers, is therefore not to be feared. Compared to concrete covers, the light weight of our recycled plastic is an important argument, because our cover panels weigh only a third of conventional models. This not only enables significant cost savings during transport, but also during installation, because this can be done easily by hand without the use of large equipment. In addition, the robust secondary plastic has a number of other advantages, which are particularly worthwhile in demanding industrial use.

Durable and maintenance-free

It remains unbreakable and dimensionally stable even after years of outdoor use and can easily withstand high mechanical and chemical loads caused by oils, acids or alkalis. This means that our cable duct cover plates ensure long-term, reliable use without the need for complex repairs and maintenance. They are therefore used, for example, in substations, industrial and railway systems, where high demands are placed on the materials used and on occupational safety. In contrast to concrete covers, there is no fear of corrosion, so even after long-term use there is no risk of burglary and the pipes and cables are reliably protected. Our cover plates have also proven themselves many times as a separating floor, whether in heavy-duty applications or for storing valuable steel components, because we offer long-term protection against expensive rust damage.
