idSET-34 is an alarm system intended for monitoring liquid levels in Oil, Petrol and Sludge separators in particular. The system consists of an idSET-34 control unit for wall mounting and idOil SLU sensor with standard 5m cable which is installed in the separator. The sensor cable can be extended with a junction box. Up to three different types of sensors can be connected to the control unit which can be used to detect: Oil layer thickness (idOil-OIL oil sensor), High liquid level (idOil-LIQ backwater sensor), Sludge layer thickness (idOil-SLU sludge sensor). The LED indicators of the device indicate alarms and faults of the sensor. In alarm and fault situations the buzzer sounds an alarm and the potential-free relays are switched to the alarm position. The 4 relays are of the failsafe type, which means that they also go into alarm status when the power supply fails. The idOil sensors and cable are EX standardized and may be installed in an explosion hazardous area. IP classification cabinet IP65.
